Hello! My name is Angeline C. Soriano, and I am a Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines with a strong background in education, English instruction, communication, and customer service.

I have seven years of teaching experience with middle, junior, senior high school and college students, where I have taught English, Academic and Professional Communication, Oral Communication, Reading and Writing, Literature, and research-related courses. I have also served as a research panelist and academic coordinator, which has strengthened my skills in critical thinking, academic writing, communication, and student mentoring.

Academically, I hold Master’s degrees in Education, including a Master of Arts in Education major in English, and I am currently pursuing my Doctorate degree in Education. My continuous professional development reflects my commitment to education and lifelong learning.

Before becoming a full-time teacher, I also gained three years of experience in the BPO industry, including customer service and outbound calling. This helped me develop strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.

I consider myself a dedicated, adaptable, patient, and learner-centered professional. I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and adjusting my teaching and communication style according to their needs. I am also comfortable learning and using new technologies and digital tools.
